For those who spend the last night before taking flight in the morning, the hotel could be a reasonable choice. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Nearby facilities, such as marts, restaurants, metro station are wonderful. The cleaness of the bed sheets, blankets and pillows would be questionable. Please don't hold your breath.

When all works then this little property (only two floors in a much larger building) delivers what it needs: comfortable beds and a functional room that won’t win any accolades but will allow you to rest before visiting/working. Its location is not very central but I was visiting family and it was perfect. Tourist will take 15-20 min to get to the centre and are a 10 min away from the airport. Food options around for breakfast, lunch and dinner are excellent. The main issue is that walls are thin and if any of your neighbour is noisy you will hear everything. When I was there for a week I had trouble a couple of nights and a quick cal to the concierge solved the issue. But it is just a shame the walls were clearly not build with that in mind.

The hotel is very well located. Close to the metro and bus. Close to downtown and close to the airport. They have rooms for 4 people which is very difficult to find in Europe. Clean and safe.

Excellent option to be outside Madrid / In Madrid. It is located in a charming area of the famous Serrano street, well up. Quiet, peaceful and very safe, good transportation, close to the Colombia metro (with direct access to the Barajas airport) They give you a voucher to have breakfast in front, at the SANTAGLORIA bar, impeccable, you can have breakfast inside, or on the sidewalk under the trees . The attention is incredible for this type of hotel, the day I arrived I only told them (without any further interest) that I had requested a double bed, when I returned from work, there was a double bed in my room! On the ground floor in the lobby there are several coffee, soft drink and snack machines. Also relatively close to the Corte Ingles Serrano, very complete.
