Upon arriving at the apartment, there was an unbearable stench and it was impossible to sleep in those conditions. I wouldn't even put my cat to sleep there. It is a regrettable accommodation and they should not have it on their page, since the discredit it causes is great. I have requested a refund of the amount paid since I have not used the service, and the cancellation was for reasons beyond my control. So far, more than 2 weeks, and I still have not received a response.
