I lived everything about the property. But we couldn’t check in on time because they forgot to send us the link to check in. They send us the link at 3:35 and normal check in time is 3 o’clock.
They knew we were waiting but things went wrong. Next day water heater went out but they fixed it thankfully. Next day the internet kept going off and on and kept messing with the key link. So we had to get an actual key to open the door. Other than that loved the property and staff of the hotels.

Apartamento muy nuevo, limpio, luminoso y espacioso. Fuimos con 3 niños y estuvimos muy cómodos. Muy bien situado para poder disfrutar de unos días en Madrid. El desayuno era en el hotel a 5min a pie del apartamento, pero vale mucho la pena, el personal del hotel son un 10!

We had a fantastic stay here! They were very responsive to any questions we had before arrival and the check-in went smoothly (via an online link so very flexible). The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had a lot of amenities (laundry machine, washing machine, even a citrus press, etc.). The location is excellent with many nice restaurants at walking distance. The breakfast at another hotel 5 minutes down the road was nice as well, with plenty of food options. Would highly recommend.

Close to everything,and it was excelent!Great for maximum 6people!Clean apartments,comfy bed,we had everything we needed!Two barhrooms,3 beds,it was easy to get in,we had the kees online,so you don’t have to wait for each other bc the kees.Really nice apartments!

Para mi hijo y mi padre era su primera vez en Madrid. Era una ocasión muy especial para mi porque iba hacer realidad un sueño para ambos, ver al Real Madrid y fue todo un sueño para ellos y para mi verlo. Sobre el apartamento es tal cual se ven en las fotos y solo puedo decir gracias, gracias y gracias por la atención a cualquier hora del día, comodidad, en el corazón de Madrid, nos facilitaron poder dejar el luggage en la recepción. Todo fue perfecto para mi familia. En mayo estoy de vuelta por Madrid y sin duda estaré encantado de poder quedarme si hay disponibilidad. Muchísimas gracias a todos☺️

We loved staying at the apartment. It was super clean, comfortable, two bedrooms with space between them for privacy and all the amenities available. Within walking distance to most attractions and activities or restaurants that we did or went to. And the people who manage it were superb. Thank you for a great stay!

Appartamento bello, pulito, spazioso e in posizione vicina al centro, la metropolitana arriva direttamente dall’aeroporto a 200 metri, poi abbiamo sempre visitato a piedi. Ottima la colazione servita nel vicino hotel. Consigliassimo

Apartamento muy cómodo y con todos los detalles cuidados. Dos dormitorios y dos baños, una buena cocina y un salón muy luminoso. El aparcamiento en la zona es complicado, por lo que merece la pena reservar el parking del hotel. El desayuno excelente
