Alquilamos 2 habitaciones,una de ellas con balcón a la calle pero sin vista pues estaban reparando la fachada con andamios,malla etcy no nos dieron descuento por la inconveniencia ni nos avisaron.Por lo demás está muy limpio,agua caliente,aire,acondicionado,caja fuerte,tv,baño privado y en el mismo centro cerca de todos los lugares centricos.Elevador funcionando y bastante seguridad.En los bajos cafetería muy buena para desayuno rápido .De todas formas esperamos tener mejor suerte con el balcón para la próxima pues queremos volver

Excelente, sencilla, super limpio todo, baño, ropa de cama, toallas, nos hicieron la limpieza un día y ordenaron nuestras cosas muy bien, Sabino muy amable, super conveniente para ir a todos lados a pie, recomendable para familias :)

Hostal in posizione strategica vicino alla metro e vicino ai musei ed al centro di Madrid che si può visitare quasi interamente a piedi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita anche se non troppo spaziosa. La colazione non è inclusa ma non è problema dato che si può fare un'ottima colazione nella pasticceria America al portone accanto all'edificio. Molto comodo il servizio di deposito bagagli. Consigliata

Local simples mas bem localizado, curta caminhada à Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor e Gran Via. Ao lado estação do metrô. Limpeza e atenção muito boas. Recomendo, para quem tem orçamento baixo.

Very clean and quiet place. Perfect location. Our room was comfortable enough and it was cleaned every day. The balcony is helpful too. I would certainly recommend it.
