Not the hotel I booked to stay in, very odd to be walked to it having booked into a neighbouring hotel, but very nice for a few nights break- everything was clean and new, staff friendly, location close to the Metro, a few bars a short walk away, cafe and Burger King over the road, supermarket just down the street. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet- nice place to base yourself a short Uber from the airport

Not the hotel I had originally booked with *******, so when I arrived I was told it was closed and asked to go the hotel pinar plaza a short distance away, however it was clean and tidy and included a fabulous breakfast. First couple of days was ok, after a long sightseeing day in Madrid I returned to-the Pinar plaza hotel around 5pm thought I would get a drink and something to eat, but was informed the bar and restaurant was closed. Also the reception informed me the bar etc would be closed the following day I asked if that included breakfast they said breakfast would be served and that was all. Never have I stayed in a hotel where you cannot eat or get a drink, I was in a residential district so there was nothing around except a bakery across the road which wasn’t ideal.

I like the location, convenient and safe. Not too far from downtown area. Stores within walking distance as well. The staff was very accomodating,polite and extremely nice throughout the whole stay. Owners are very involved and aware of all guests. I highly recommend staying here.

No mini bar/ pool closed/ restaurant under construction therefore breakfast needed to go to another hotel / no courtesy water nor coffee as anounced

The hotel was brand new, with very polite and helpful staff. Parking free on street plus underground parking. Very nice coffeeshop across the road and 2 minutes walk to restaurant. 15 - 20 minutes drive to Madrid centre. Great stay.

This is a nice, new hotel. The staff are very nice and really helpful. The bar is great and serves snacks if you need them and the restaurant food is very good. It’s convenient for the airport and the Las Tablas commercial area. A bit out of the city, but the Metro station is nearby and really easy to use. I recommend this friendly hotel and would definitely come back again.
