Una experiencia especial y diferente. El staff es sumamente amable y complaciente. Habitaciones temáticas exquisitamente decoradas con frescos en las paredes y diversas antigüedades. Para escapadas románticas es posible solicitar un arreglo de la habitación con extras como cava y bombones por un módico precio. Hay que tener en cuenta que se trata de un edificio histórico de varios siglos de antigüedad y tiene una infraestructura propia de la época, combinada a su vez con las comodidades propias de nuestro tiempo. Hemos disfrutado de una estancia maravillosa y esperamos repetir en futuras ocasiones.

L’a**osfera che si respira in questo albergo riporta ad altri tempi. Arredato con mobili d’epoca autentici, curato e molto pulito. La reception cortesi e disponibili. Posizione ottima, in centro eppure in una strada tranquilla. Da ripetere se torneremo a Madrid!

Como está ubicado en la segunda planta de un edificio y casi sin señalización en el exterior casi no lo encontramos ni con Google Maps ni preguntando en la zona. Al final lo encontramos casi por milagro. En el suelo de la entrada del hotel se tropezó mi hija, luego su amiga y por la noche, me caí, rompí el brazo y pasé la noche en urgencias. Se lo dije a la recepcionista cuando volví por mi ropa y se lo escribí DOS VECES a administración y no he recibido respuesta alguna.
