This is the first time I give a review to a hotel after so many business trips. The check-in service is really bad. There are only two people checking in. This hotel is a transit hotel for airlines. There are so many people queuing to check in! Check-in took more than an hour. Friends, please avoid the pit. I booked two twin rooms, but I was given a large bed and a twin bed! Speechless

I usually book hotel rooms every weekend and the reservation at this hotel has been the best without a doubt, the reception staff are super friendly and courtesy of the hotel they have given us a suite I thought was super. It had a living room with a sofa and TV, it had a small table with 4 chairs and a water heater in case you want to make yourself a tea or coffee, the bed was quite comfortable and we slept great because being an industrial area there is no noise, quality price I recommend it. They have a buffet

Las camas son tan duras como las rocas se duerme mejor en el campo que en este hotel la comida aún se puede salvar pero no está muy buena los que cuidan las plantas del hotel no hacen nada y se escuchan personas corriendo y te tocan la puerta y se van

The hotel is very good, very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The only drawback is transportation to and from the airport takes a long time and is restricted to a few hours, which does not coincide with flight times. We informed the hotel and they confirmed that they would give us a solution for transportation to the airport and they did so, after clarifying that we had sent email and that they had informed us that they would give us an alternative.

We were put up here, as like most everyone else when an Iberia flight is missed, when we missed our Dallas connection. Yes, it is true the shuttle bus took FOREVER to arrive and then there was not enough space...we had to take a taxi. The check in was pretty easy. My room was clean, my friend's room reeked of smoke. The food was eh! If I HAD a choice, this would not be it!
