Proche de toute commodité. Chambre spacieuse et calme. Je recommande néanmoins de demander une chambre à l opposé de la rue principale.

Terrible customer service. On our first day, shortly after check in we reported to the front desk that the air conditioning in our room did not work. They never fixed it during our the day stay, despite continued requests. It was so hot we could not sleep. Must disappointing was their insurance and lack of caring. Do not stay there.

Staff and facilities are great. Location: you need to take metro, taxi or other transport to get to the center of Madrid. However, it has a metro station on the corner of the building.

Estuvimos alojados una noche en el ABBA av América. Habitación cómoda con camas cómodas, habitación amplia con cafetera y heladera. Desayuno completo con bolleria, fiambres, platos calientes, fruta, etc. muy buen servicio y atención de parte del personal. Bien ubicado para pasear por Madrid a pie. Volvería
