La posizione è centralissima, proprio vicino a Plaza Mayor. Il nostro volo arrivava tardi e ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in anche dopo l'una di notte. La camera è essenziale e il bagno piccolino ma tutto molto pulito. Consigliatissimo per soggiorni di 2/3 giorni.

We've stayed in a few central hostals over the last 20 years. Santa Cruz is probably the best. It was friendly, clean and ideally located for a city break. 2 minutes to Plaza Mayor. 30 minute walk to Atocha railway station. Subway Metro nearby.

Very convenient. Well kept & clean, with a housekeeping, which we hadn’t expected. Within walking distance to many many attractions. We would stay there again.

Recomendado. El personal de recepcion es muy amable, limpieza todos los dias, buena ubicación. Lo único que en la descripción de la habitacion decía paredes insonoras y no es cierto. Pero en general muy buena opcion para qued**** en Madrid.
