It is great and convenient however no reception which make everything hard if you have no internet or batterie to get into the building.

The hotel locates in a very convenient location. It closes to METRO station and a shopping mall. However, the check-in process is troublesome and not easy. There is no staff can be seen. You need to ask online for any services such as empty trash, more toilet papers etc.

Llevo varios días pidiendo resuelvan lo de au página donde uno agrega sus datos personales para que te envíen los codigos de acceso de la estancia ya pagada ya que el sistema de su página permanece en carga de foto del dni eternamente y nunca termina de cargar para que te den acceso en la estancia ya pagada. Es un solo día la reserva y es del 3 al 4 de mayo y hasta la fecha no ye tenido resolución y mi estancia ya esta pagada y no resuelven el problema que tienen con su página para poder generar los códigos de acceso de algo que ya pague con antelación.
