Artrip Hotel

The front desk was helpful and they provided us drinking water, which we could not see in Balcelona’s hotels. The hotel is near the mail line of Metro, just a few minutes walk. And there is Carrefour next to the Metro which satisfied us everything we needed! The most important is the reasonable price of the hotel!

Arrived at the Artrip and was met with the lovely Paloma (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) she sat us down offering us a glass of rose wine while she processed our booking. Our room was on the 5th floor beautifully modern with double doors opening onto a street view and the hustle and bustle of Madrid. The room has all the usual facilities great shower, massive bed, sofa, aircon and a sliding glass door which separates the room. The bathroom is kind of integrated into the room, not in a bad way, behind frosted glass panels in a very modern concept. There is limited space to hang clothes but this was fine as we always take extra hangers. All round staying at Artrip only enhanced our stay in Madrid. Thank you all the staff for making our stay a great stay in great city. Ole!!

Great Hotel in Madrid, clean and in a great location. Roberto is a most welcoming host, he made us feel special and provided great information. The coffee/breakfast room is great, well worth the price. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Near the train station and Prado Museum, as well as subway and walk-able streets to many cool places. Highly recommended

Artrip is a super nice hotel! Staff there are super nice and helpful. They provide free nice coffee and water which is very thoughtful. For people travel outside, free coffee and water means a lot! The hotel room is not big but has very nice and modern design, of course, it is very clean too. The location is excellent, walkable to everywhere but still you feel very safe in late night. I would recommend it to my friends whoever travels to Madrid!

Clean, new, fresh and comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. I arrived early without advanced notice, and they were happy to put me in my room early. That was very convenient for me. I walked with my luggage to the train - super easy.

Tiny hotel in a great location. Like many European boutique hotels, the Artrip is deceptively plain on the outside, but the inside is very nice. The room was spacious and well organized. Most importantly, the staff was extremely helpful.

Can’t fault Artrip Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk to nearest Metro ( Lavapies). When we arrived we received a very warm welcome from Javier, who provided a map of Madrid & explained how to get to various places we planned to visit. Our standard double room overlooked the street & had french doors, a small balcony & wooden shutters. The room was bright, stylish & the bed was really comfortable. The room had a separate wc, rain shower & the washbasin with shelf & mirror. There was tea making facilities, a small fridge & a safe. The room was spotless & was cleaned every day. We had breakfast in the hotel on our last morning. Lovely selection. Complimentary coffee available from a good coffee machine in the breakfast area throughout our stay. We enjoyed staying in Lavapies. A ten minute walk into the centre. We frequented some of the local bars in the afternoons for beer & coffee & were made welcome. There was also an excellent 24hr supermarket across from the hotel which sold freshly baked pastries & bread.
