離伯納烏英國宮都比較近，但懶人選擇打車。早餐品種略少，水池下水略慢，除此之外整體不錯。

Second time in this wonderful hotel... again the location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping... we did almost everything on foot. This time with the upgrade we were given the access to the Regency Club, a perfect place to rest have breakfast lunch or just have a rest after a long day... The staff is very friendly and really paid attention to our needs. Will come back again !

在馬德里豪華酒店裡，這算是性價比很高的酒店。房間乾淨，早餐很棒，轉角就有家樂福超市和地鐵，很方便。第二天續訂給了很大優惠。

同樣的房型訂了三間，兩間沒有書桌衹有一間有書桌，酒店一開始同意免費換，後來又反水説換房要加價，體驗感不好👎感覺對中國人也不太友好。
不過實話實説早餐可以，火腿品質很好。

sound proof is extremely poor and the clogging bathroom was causing a lot of issues, some hair coming out of the drainage parts. bad experiences especially under the name HYATT.

They did not call or contact me when there was a problem with my reservation and would not refund even a partial part of my payment. Poor customer service

中規中矩的五星酒店。雙床房房間夠大，窗户是對內庭的。
附近吃飯不太方便。酒店門口左側的米二星smoked room需早訂且是那種宂長的套餐菜單。據稱同一家廚房的Lena看起來不錯，當天訂基本都訂不到。酒店餐吧漢堡還挺好吃，26歐一份，如圖四漢堡套餐和凱撒沙拉。
早餐32歐元一個人（攜程上18歐元一人價格錯了，攜程説會改過來），有伊比利亞火腿，雖然伊比利亞豬肉含量應在50%以下，也很好吃了。單點的french omelettes也不錯。
