It is close to the Bernabeu and the British Palace, but I chose to take a taxi. The breakfast variety is a little limited and the pool is a little slow, but otherwise it is good overall.

Second time in this wonderful hotel... again the location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping... we did almost everything on foot. This time with the upgrade we were given the access to the Regency Club, a perfect place to rest have breakfast lunch or just have a rest after a long day... The staff is very friendly and really paid attention to our needs. Will come back again !

Among the luxury hotels in Madrid, this is a very cost-effective hotel. The room is clean, the breakfast is great, and there is a Carrefour supermarket and subway around the corner, which is very convenient. We gave a big discount when we renewed the reservation the next day.

I booked three rooms of the same type, two of them did not have desks and only one had a desk. The hotel initially agreed to change the room for free, but later said it would cost more to change rooms. The experience was not good👎 and it felt not very friendly to Chinese people.
