Very positive visit. Customer Service very good. I will recommend it. It is closer to Burger King, el Corte Ingles and Aldi. Good area to walk as well. We also walked to the train station Fuente de Mora.

The room is still as clean as before. This is the most cozy hotel I stayed in when I went to Spain. The winter sun made the room warm and quiet. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

It was only one night and everything was fine.

The hygiene is very poor. The hotel is relatively remote. There are no restaurants or other commercial areas around. The front door of the courtyard is locked. You have to walk a long way to reach some restaurants. It is extremely inconvenient.

The location is ambiguous and the hotel name is different from the reservation site, so I couldn't find it. Even the staff didn't know that it was a Novotel affiliate, so they didn't know what it was. what the hell kind of hotel is this? If possible, do not book this hotel. The hotel is also small.

The hotel is good, but be careful. For the invoices they send to trip.com, I don’t know where they came from, but they will not provide invoices in any way. Warning stay!

We had a very nice stay. It was our last day in Madrid before we came home back to California. We had some drinks in the bar area. We also had dinner at the hotel. Food was delicious. The next morning we had breakfast at the hotel as well.

This was a spur of the moment stop for us & it suited our needs. The bed was comfortable & we ate in the restaurant which wasn’t too bad. To us it seemed to be in an area that you would need a car to be able to get to places but for an overnight stop it was fine.

Checked in late and found later in the night that the AC wasn't working in our room. We called asked for help they reset the unit but it was already 2am. We found the reset didn't help. We specified that we would have 3 people in our room 2 adults and 1 toddler and didn't have enough towels in our room. I dont think i would book with them in the future.

Everything was good except the air conditioner. It was able to get colder due to laws in the country or something like that.
