We had children with us, so we checked in in advance, which was very user-friendly ~ The location is great, very close to various attractions, and there are supermarkets and restaurants around! The hotel's breakfast in the morning is a plus, there are so many fruits! All in all, it is a very cost-effective hotel. If I come to Madrid next time, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Hotel clasisficato 4 stelle ma in realta' e' un 3 stelle, zona frequentata non benissimo(molto popolare), posizione eccellente per metro e centro / principali attrazioni.Colazione non varia ma di qualita' medio-alta come materia prima.Camere spaziose con bollitore e cassaforte. Sistema luci interne strano, si accendono e spengono in modo imprevedibile.Bagno con vasca, molto basico e senza scopino per wc ne' bidet.Niente zona lounge ne' accogliente reception e nessun ristorante dell'hotel.Per poche centinaia di euro in piu' si puo' avere di meglio. Letto estremamente ampio e materasso davvero comodo, va detto.

Nice central location! Room was clean, but hot! We had the heat completely turned down but it was still almost 75 degrees in the room- made sleeping difficult. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful.

Situato in centro ma in una via mal frequentata con case fatiscenti e un ingresso non da 4 stelle. Sono stata in altri Eurostar e questo è stato deludente per la location e mancanza di una Lobby. Le camere sono comunque ben attrezzate e la colazione di buon livello. Ritengo il prezzo alto.

Hotel well located, very close to a metro station (Tirso de Molina), a short walk to Plaza Mayor, Porta del Sol and other attractions. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Good room with a spacious bathroom. Silent. Pillow a little high and hard for my taste. Mattress was not uncomfortable, but it needed to be changed, as it was deeper in the middle. Friendly and helpful staff. Very varied breakfast, with breads, fruits, sweets, juices, coffees, cereals, yogurt, regional options, etc. Although there was nothing delicious, it was well served. There was a parking lot right next to the hotel, but we didn't use it. A great hotel option in Madrid.
