I did stay 2 nights. It my experience about staying in Madrid . This hostel very good in Madrid . Food service, room service and speaks very politely with customers.

Truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near city center which is really convenient.

One of the best hostel in central Madrid. Everything is so near. Strategic location, very near to Plaza Mayor. All staff are friendly and helpful. The beds and Washrooms are clean too. They also have amazing roof top cafe with stunning views. The basement kitchen is cool. Kudos to The Hat Madrid team. Highly recommended and i will definitely come back for my next summer holidays. Mucho gracias!

The stay at the Hat Madrid is good enough, probably need a bigger curtain covering the bed for better privacy, but otherwise I found it acceptable. Location is great, you can find many things near it (walkable distance).

The location is perfect. Service is great. Breakfast is not worth it. It is barely a buffet. Wifi is functional. But I don't understand why only women's bathrooms have hair dryer The layout of the shared bathroom in the corridor is a bit cramped but there are not too many people using it at the same time.

The location is awesome. You can walk to almost everywhere. The room is clean. Reception is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice plase, in the middle of Puerto de Sol , 5min from train station, resturants and Madrid's attractions.

Highly recommend! Location is amazing. Staff is nice and attentive and the best thing, even though they have a small communal area is their sangria at 930! That's where you meet people and enjoy your night. Stores are close and so are cafes.

This hostel was clean, organized, and had great rooms. The wifi signal was good and overall service was nice. I do recommend this hostels to others. Great experience.

I booked a bunk bed in 4-dorm for girls and private bathroom. The bathroom is good with hot showers. Good bed overall with electric socket at bed. Bunk-bed has a curtain for privacy which is nice but would be better if it was full lenght (only until knees). No lockers and no towels (they are rented for 3€) They offer a breakfast for 6€ (didnt get it but its a buffet style and looks pretty complete for the price). Just stayed for the night so couldnt see much, but for what I saw the offer some ammenities and looks pretty good. Also near stations and plaza mayor is just 4min walking

Absolutely good place to stay when in Madrid downtown

It was so nice, especially people were so amazing. Also when checking-in, they give us a map in Madrid in our own languages, I was so impressed with that. They are very kind.

Very clean, comfortable, good location

This hostel is in a great location, just behind Plaza Mayor. There’s a small supermarket across the street, nice rooftop and the staff are great! Especially Maria
