This is an amazing hotel, and the staff does their best to give you the best experience. The room was really comfortable. I would return to this hotel.
I enjoyed the piano time and breakfast.
I only had a poor experience at the hotel restaurant over dinner, which did not match the expectations created by the high-quality hotel. I suggest looking outside for dinner.

Very nice hotel, very well located. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is quiet which is very appreciable nowadays not too noisy. Room service is rather fast and on time, food is OK, could be better. They made a mistake in my room, but it was corrected the very same day, thanks to the manager/sales director who solved the problem in a prompt and efficient manner.

The Urso Hotel and Spa is a rare experience in hotels - the staff is attentive, they anticipate your needs, they stay one step ahead, everything is elegant - the flowers, the rooms, the lobby, bar and restaurant. There is a calm sense of ease to the property. I recommend it without reservation and it will be my hotel of choice when returning to Madrid.

It was my second stay with URSO and if I am ever back in Madrid it will be where I stay again. There is something very special about the hotel from the decor (absolutely in love with the lobby/lounge area filled with fresh flowers & beautiful ceramics) to the staff service. The little touches they provide in the room, from turn down service to sweets on your last night. I will recommend all my friends & family to stay here if they are ever in Madrid. It truly was the best part of our vacation & they even accommodated our early check in since we came in on a red eye flight & had been traveling all night long. Love the live piano nights & having tea in the lounge. My massage in the spa was lovely. Would recommend just that they elevate the buffet breakfast options, other than that everything was perfect!

Beautiful hotel with great facilities and super helpful staff. We stayed as a group of girl friends and we were certainly impressed with how beautiful the rooms and hotel was. Great location not too central but still walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars. They even had a turn down service in the evening which was a lovely touch. Staff was super helpful particularly Arturo who went out of his way to help us enjoy the Madrid restaurants and bars. Thank you so much! Spa facility was small but quiet and nice. Just make sure that the use of the facilities is included if booking the hotel through third party booking sites. Overall a 5/5 experience!

We have just checked out of Urso and had a very mixed experience. The front desk and staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The room was attractive and the bed was extremely comfortable. At night we couldn’t sleep with the windows open because the street was very noisy, The shower temperature, without moving the taps, would go hot and cold and this happened every shower over four nights. Sadly, some of our souvenirs bought from the Prado disappeared from our room and the hotels response was ‘I hope you find them!’.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff at Urso were simply fantastic. Welcoming, helpful, attentive, informative and impressionable are only but a few ways to describe the team. Arturo was top of our list and a special thanks to him. The hotel itself is well located, beautiful, clean and modern. My feedback to customers would be to check the finite details when booking through third parties as this may deprive usage of their excellent spa facilities. In addition, if you are used to a firm pillow, it is suggestible to carry your own as Urso only provide the softest pillows! Happy travels!
