First of all I booked a room with two beds and there was only 1 bed. Then they said they would refund me, and cancel then they refused to refund me, when I kept the room there was no water, no way to flush toilet shower or wash hands. They were aware of this issue before I checked in. I will report them to local authorities.

Nice Bed and Breakfast in the centre of Madrid. The neighbourhood of Malasaña is very characteristic and rich of restaurants and local shops. The rooms are small but clean and well organised. The staff of the hotel is polite and welcoming. We had a very good experience here.

Hotelin uno dei quartieri centrali della città con camere piccole ma confortevoli. Buona connessione wifi. Staff della reception attento e cordiale. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia alcheck anche al check out! Unica cosa la colazione decisamente scarsa

Adoramos a estadia, é um espaço simples e acolhedor, a limpeza estava perfeita, a localização é ótima, as pessoas que nos receberam foram super simpáticas, nada a apontar! É sem dúvida um ótimo espaço para o local onde está inserido.

I really enjoyed my stay at CC Malasaña. The room was modern and the facilities were excellent. The location was perfect with close access to the Metro which made getting anywhere in the city easy. My only complaint was the amount of dust behind the TV and on top of the shelves, it was clear this hadn't been touched for a while. Otherwise, I'd have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Room is really good, clean and renewed probably. The location is perfect, at the city center, near to everything, you don't need public transportation. Just for the breakfast, I think they should add other thing to it, it is not enough, I am not a person who eats a lot but I stay hungry when I finish it.

Muy bien situado. Habitación cómoda y limpia, igual que el baño. Trato poco personalizado porqué no hay recepción. Incluye desayuno però no hay comedor para desayunar, lo cual es un problema porque te lo tienes que tomar en la habitación sin demasiado espacio para ella.

Si buscas un lugar donde descansar con los "lujos" justos y el mejor precio... CC Malasaña. Su baño, chiquito, es una maravilla. Y su ducha, potente, es una de las mejores que he visto. Hoteles de más categoría debieran tomar nota. Todo lo demás correcto: televisión, sofá (un pelín más duro), mesa de estudio... Es un alojamiento práctico, rodeado de tiendas con encanto, incluida frutería, ropa y hostelería.
