Das Hotel kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer (vor allem die Betten sind sehr gemütlich) und der angrenzende Park lädt zum Verweilen ein. Nicht unerwähnt sollte die tolle Dachterrasse mit dem hervorragenden Ausblick über Madrid sein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

During my latest trip to Madrid, I was at H10 Puerta de Alcala: it is close to public transportation (Metro stop Principe de Vergara, lines 2 and 9) and it is an excellent hotel. I had a very good large room with a very comfortable bed, excellent insulation from noise, quiet and effective air conditioning, and a large well-equipped bathroom. Free wi-fi worked very well, staff were very helpful, and breakfast was very, very good, with several choices available.

Nice hotel near Retiro park, and walkable to restaurants and the city center. Rooms are clean, quiet and modern, with comfortable beds. Service is friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this hotel for anyone staying a few nights in Madrid.

I was made to feel very welcome, the room had been cleaned to a very high standard, the bathroom suite looked brand new. All the extras you'd expect from a quality hotel such as dressing gown etc.
I had a drink on the rooftop bar which is not to be missed, even in February. Staff very helpful, would stay again.
