The lobby was being refurbished and we did not experience the whole atmosphere. The hotel gave us an upgrade and it some how compensate. Also free bar consumption.

Excelente estadia. Apesar de termos escolhido um quarto pequeno, para uma estadia de 8 dias, foi extremamente satisfatório. Instalações modernas, armario de bom tamanho e banheiro separado. Pequeno, mas muito confortável e com espaço para tudo.
Staf competente e amavel.
Infelizmente, não tivemos tempo de experimentar o restaurante, que estava muito bem recomendado.

Tótem se ha convertido en nuestro hotel preferido en Madrid. Excelente ubicación en el barrio de Salamanca, rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. En el mismo hotel se encuentra el restaurante el Pimiento Verde donde se come espectacular. Además de la ubicación, el servicio es excelente! Nos hacen sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y modernas. Las más lindas son las CORNER con vista a ambas calles. Como miembro SLH lo súper recomiendo. Volveremos en junio!
