Nos quedamos un grupo de 5 amigos , la ubicación muy buena cerca a principales y transporte, zona con restaurantes . Apartamento amplio para los 5 con las comodidades necesarias . Pasamos una gran estadía . Sept 2022

La ubicación es muy buena, muy accesible para todo. El departamento que me tocó era chico pero lindo y sobre todo limpio. Lo que no me gustó como turista fue que no contaba con ascensor y mí habitación estaba en el piso 5. Además la puerta desde mí punto de vista un poco insegura y no contaba con caja fuerte para los documentos importantes o el dinero. La estadía estuvo muy bien, solo mejoraría esas cosas.

Great apartment in the best location! Very clean and well maintained. Check in was nearby and very friendly and helpful. Well placed just off Centro and Sol metro station. Nice juilliet balconies with views of the street below. Glazing was good and didn’t let in too much noise. Well recommend!

Non ci avevano detto che all'arrivo bisognava pagare €200 di acconto (pagabili solo con carta, tra l'altro). Struttura al centro di madrid, a massimo 20 minuti a piedi puoi vedere i posti più importanti. Metropolitana vicina e zona vivace. Aspetto che ritornino l'acconto versato, speriamo bene.

Positives - Great location in Madrid.
Clean.
Negatives - up 5 flights of very hot stairs. Really noisy squeaky air conditioning that makes it hard to sleep.
No window to outside.
Very poor and dishonest customer service from the property. We cancelled a night (in advance, using free cancellation) the property said that ********** had not contacted them about it (they had) and refused the refund.

Very disappointing. False advertising. The apartment is dirty and old!! I didn't stay and changed hotels. 🤮🤮🤮 Poor hygiene level and extremely rude owners!! Save yourself the stress. No cups, plates, glasses, pots etc... nothing was in the apartment!!!! They said they would bring it. But it was too late!!
