Muy confortable, cómodo y limpio, las camas muy cómodas , muy silencioso , en pleno centro de Madrid y maravillosas conexiones , siempre hay una recepción para atenderte , ofrece televisión y wifi gratis, calefacción y mucha luz exterior .

The location is excellent. It has an elevator so it allows accessibility with wheelchairs or baby strollers. The apartment is in excellent condition and has a full kitchen, although it lacks an oven. An extra cost applies when arriving outside of check-in hours.

Recently arrived with my wife and my adult children, they wanted to give us a room where we could not enter directly, when we protested they gave us a slightly larger room with a relatively comfortable double bed and a third-grade sofa bed, the apartment has two bathrooms but Only with a toilet, a very small kitchen in the same environment as the living room, under no circumstances is it worth the cost, compared to other accommodations I had in Spain, regrettable and more expensive

The location is excellent, close to the Botanical Garden, Buen Retiro Park, Prado Museum and the center but very small and simple for what it is worth. There is a washing machine and dryer for common use on the ground floor from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; You have to ask at the reception.

In the letters of Madrid there are more normal rooms and others that are wonderful, that already suit the tastes of the consumer and the wallet, very central, very clean and luxurious service. Absolutely recommendable in my opinion

The accommodation is very well located. Next to the subway and close to many bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. It is important to remember that it is not a hotel but a chain of apartments, there is no daily cleaning of the room and it is necessary to agree on the arrival time considering that there is no 24-hour reception. There is usually one person there during the day and at night access is via keys made available to guests to access the building.

Habíamos estado anteriormente aquí, y esta vez nos ha decepcionado un poco. La ubicación y el edificio son fabulosos, pero los apartamentos son "fríos". No me refiero a la temperatura, sino al equipamiento. Lo mínimo. Faltan utensilios. El personal nos repitió varias veces que se podían pedir, pero no es lo mismo. Cuando uno abre los armarios de la cocina y están prácticamente vacíos, y, cuando siendo 3 personas, hay que ir fregando vasos porque hay sólo 1 vaso por persona, pues da una sensación mala, como de estar en una residencia de estudiantes (sé lo que me digo) en lugar de un apartamento turístico que cuesta más de 200 euros por noche. Teníamos un apartamento grande, con terraza, y podía haber sido fantástico, pero: 1) los lavabos estaban en mal estado: o faltaba un espejo, o se salía el agua del lavabo, etc... 2) La pared del segundo dormitorio daba pena: ni un cuadro, ni un vinilo (que sí había en el dormitorio principal). Además la barra de la cortina estaba sin acollar y se salió y se quedó colgando. 3) La iluminación de la sala principal es insuficiente por la noche y parece todo triste y oscuro. Repito: el precio es de mercado (apartamento en el centro bien situado) pero el equipamiento no. ¿Qué les cuesta ponerlo acogedor? Uno tiene la sensación de que no es un sitio acogedor. Cuesta mucho más que un hotel y apenas hay cosas para cocinar. La ventaja de un apartamento, aparte del espacio, es la comodidad: uno llega después de pate**** la ciudad y se relaja. En este apartamento uno llega y se medio deprime.

This hotel is literally a scam. Since February 2020 I made the reservation and I could not enjoy it due to the pandemic. I'm still waiting for them to refund me the money I paid and that they promised to return in JUNiO 2020!!! I recovered all the rest of the expenses without problems. With them not even with mediation involved! What can you expect from this hotel!?
