Personal amable y educado. Estaban de obras, por lo que no entro a valorar la limpieza, ni otros factores que puedan estar influidos por estos hechos, como el ruido. La habitación es amplia, con su microondas y nevera. La pega, en mi caso gorda, es que somos una familia de 4 y el agua caliente solo daba para 3, por lo que uno se tenía que duchar al día siguiente. Llegas tarde y cansado, para ducharte, relajarte y dormir, y te encuentras con una ducha de agua fría. Lo dije en recepción, pero no se solucionó en toda la estancia.

Buena ubicación y ya... el hotel sin duda no es un 4 estrellas, las habitaciones son viejas, sucias, no se corresponden con la descripción, eso sí, son grandes, pero no tiene sentido que luego tengan un baño diminuto que tienes que maniobrar con la puerta para moverte.
Es ruidoso tanto por la noche por el ruido de otros clientes, las puertas, la entrada, como por el día por la calle donde está.
El desayuno sí está decente.
Pero lo peor sin duda, es que te estafan con los precios de los artículos de la nevera de la habitación, después de dos noches, al hacer el checkout, les indico que he consumido una lata (33cl) de Coca-Cola Zero y una botella de agua pequeña (250ml) para pagarlo, porque claro, ni agua de cortesía ofrecen, pero bueno, la sorpresa es cuando me cobran 6,30€ por estas dos bebidas... y se queda tan tranquila la recepcionista. Sin duda no volveremos a ese hotel y por supuesto no lo recomendamos.

Péssima, nos colocaram no porão. As pessoas passavam na calçada e ouvíamos todo tipo de barulho. Banheiro pequeno, chuveiro quebrado, não tinha porta de vidro no box. 4 estrelas está super estimado, daria 1 estrela se muito.
Localização horrível, para chegar na rua principal deveria subir uma ladeira íngrime.
