Es un hotel pequeñito, pero bien situado. Las instalaciones a mi modo de ver no son de un 4 estrellas. El servicio es muy bueno y recientemente han abierto un bar-restaurante en el propio hotel

The hotel is far from the center of Madrid, but very close to a metro station, which is great! The room for what was used was more than enough👌🏻👌🏻

Cogimos una habitación con 3 camas. La habitación una caja de cerillas,enana,las 3 camas pegadas y una mesa enfrente,casi no se podía pasar, mediría 3× 4 sin contar el pasillo de entrada.la tercera cama era una mierda.el restaurante nefasto comida congelada y en especial una camarera rubia muy antipática q ni te saluda cuando entras. Solo estuvimos 1 noche y menos mal. Las 4 estrellas q tiene yo las dejaría en 2,a no ser por la localización,he estado en hoteles con menos estrellas y mil veces mejores. No lo recomiendo para nada un timo

A lovely hotel in a very quiet location .Very safe and well lit place at night time .Also a supermarket and a metro at walking distance .Great facility to get to central Madrid via metro .The staff very polite and helpful .

Esse hotel é uma excelente hospedagem em Madri para quem deseja um hotel confortável em uma localização segura e familiar. Os quartos possuem ar condicionado, banheiro grande e novo, as camas são bem confortáveis. O Café da manhã do hotel é bom e tem ótimo custo benefício. O bar restaurante do hotel é bom e possui preço justo. Há restaurantes nas proximidades por uma curta caminhada. Leva-se cerca de 15 a 20 minutos de carro para chegar ao centro por um custo aproximado de 14,00 Euros. Há metro nas proximidades mas não utilizei. Fica mais barato se hospedar nesse hotel e gastar com Uber e Taxi para se deslocar ao centro do que pagar os valores exorbitantes das hospedagens centrais, além de ter um local sossegado e sem barulho. Fui muito bem atendido por todos e esse será meu hotel de toda visita a Madri! Possui um ótimo custo benefício.

Fin de semana para visitar amigos en la zona Norte de Madrid (Arturo Soria). El hotel queda a 5 minutos caminando del Metro Esperanza (Linea 4) con acceso rapido al centro de Madrid. Empleados muy simpaticos y me ayudaron a organizar mi estancia. Habitacion mas que suficiente para una pareja, buena ducha potente y todo limpio. Uno de los dias desayunamos en el hotel y mejor que en otros hoteles que solemos quedarnos por la zona. Zona segura y sin ruido por la noche. Repetiremos.

El hotel está ubicado en un bario muy tranquilo . Buena comunicación con el centro. El trato es inmejorable, muy profesional y familiar. Me encantó la decoración con detalles muy cuidados. Las habitaciones son amplias con camas muy cómodas y en un ambiente que apetece quedarse a vivir. La limpieza perfecta. El desayuno está muy bien. Cada vez que vaya a Madrid volveré al mismo hotel. Lo recomiendo.

Está genial, el personal estuvo muy atento, muy amable en todo momento y el servicio de habitaciones estupendo, encontrando las habitaciones muy limpias y recogidas. Buena comida y las habitaciones muy cómodos. La zona es tranquila, lejos del centro de Madrid que es más ruidoso.
