Es un hotel pequeñito, pero bien situado. Las instalaciones a mi modo de ver no son de un 4 estrellas. El servicio es muy bueno y recientemente han abierto un bar-restaurante en el propio hotel

Fin de semana para visitar amigos en la zona Norte de Madrid (Arturo Soria). El hotel queda a 5 minutos caminando del Metro Esperanza (Linea 4) con acceso rapido al centro de Madrid. Empleados muy simpaticos y me ayudaron a organizar mi estancia. Habitacion mas que suficiente para una pareja, buena ducha potente y todo limpio. Uno de los dias desayunamos en el hotel y mejor que en otros hoteles que solemos quedarnos por la zona. Zona segura y sin ruido por la noche. Repetiremos.

El hotel está ubicado en un bario muy tranquilo . Buena comunicación con el centro. El trato es inmejorable, muy profesional y familiar. Me encantó la decoración con detalles muy cuidados. Las habitaciones son amplias con camas muy cómodas y en un ambiente que apetece qued**** a vivir. La limpieza perfecta. El desayuno está muy bien. Cada vez que vaya a Madrid volveré al mismo hotel. Lo recomiendo.

Está genial, el personal estuvo muy atento, muy amable en todo momento y el servicio de habitaciones estupendo, encontrando las habitaciones muy limpias y recogidas. Buena comida y las habitaciones muy cómodos. La zona es tranquila, lejos del centro de Madrid que es más ruidoso.

La habitación está muy bien, el servicio de limpieza excelente, en recepción son muy buenos profesionales, el personal de mantenimiento actúa rápidamente en caso de alguna incidencia, el servicio restaurante muy bueno con servicio de buffet libre, muy bien convocado por transporte público autobuses en la puerta de la E.M.T. líneas 120 y 122, el metro de Esperanza a 100 metros de la estacion de Esperanza entrada por la calle Andorra, es un hotel adaptado a personas co movilidad reducida, con un elevador para subir y dos ascensores para acceder a las habitaciones, garaje.

El trato del personal fue excelente, fueron muy agradables, muy buenos profesionales, tienen gran calidad humana, el servicio de limpieza y de restauración fue excelente, habitaciones y zonas comunes muy limpias, el hotel está adaptado a personas con movilidad reducida con un elevador en las escaleras, muy bien comunicado por el transporte público , la parada en la puerta y enfrente del hotel de lineas 120 y 122 de la EMT.a 100 metros de la estación de metro de Esperanza, buenas conexiones para visitar Madrid, ánimo al cliente
