I think it's basically a normal dormitory. The location is great, right next to Sol subway station, but the area gets quite crowded in the evenings and at night. (Maybe it's because I stayed there on Madrid Day, a national holiday...) There are no curtains on the beds, and the shower in the room doesn't have a lock on the door, so if you're a woman and this is a concern, I recommend the women's only dormitory. For some reason, the bed I was initially assigned had signs of having been used, so I asked to change rooms, and they were happy to do so. The safe in the room can be used for free if you ask the front desk. Laundry is only available until 9pm, so I used the nearby laundromat. I was very happy that all my roommates were friendly and helpful.

It's a budget hotel. The food in the restaurant is quite rich. The service staff is very friendly. The location is great. It's very close to Puerta del Sol. The only drawback is that there is no table in the room. There should be a small table.

I stayed here twice in total. The front desk was very welcoming and the hotel was very clean. The elevator is a little slow, but the public area on the second floor is also good.

The room at the top can be quite hot in summer . Also the privacy in the hostel is not so good .The shower room only has a glass ....

There is a 24-hour front desk. You can enter and exit by fingerprint. The room is spacious. Eight people will not be crowded. The price of the bed is the same as in Europe. The staff can speak fluent English. There is a refrigerator and coffee machine on the second floor.

The location is really great. It's in front of Starbucks and in the middle of a famous tourist attraction, so you can see many places on foot.
The bunk bed was scary, but I was satisfied with the shower facility and overall.
