酒店有電梯，門口有門禁，十分安全。房間很大，乾淨舒適，到太陽門廣場只需兩分鐘，附近有英國宮超市，到主廣場步行約十分鐘，很多有名餐廳，十分方便！

Las habitaciones son diminutas. El bańo es exageradamente pequeńo e incómodo. El precio por habitación no se ajusta al ofrecimiento. Es demasiado caro.

It was not what we saw online. We did not get any sleep because the neighborhood was filled with people partying past 5am and the room was not soundproof. When we got to our hostel door there was a very large mound of smelly trash that looked like a fire hazard. Accommodations were sub-par.

El Hostal El Pasaje, aunque es caro como todo en Madrid, está bien. Sin embargo, tiene un gran inconveniente: a pesar de su buena ubicación, es imposible descansar durante toda la noche. Justo debajo hay un restaurante y en frente hay otro restaurante - Bar o algo así, donde no paran de hablar y gritar. Es cierto que el hostal tiene ventanas insonorizadas, pero realmente no sirven de nada, ya que el bullicio no cesa y cuando finalmente logras quedarte dormido, amanece y comienza el ruido de la mañana.

El hostal tiene unos trabajadores que te atienden muy bien y ofrece un buena atención. La ubicación es estupenda, y la limpieza es impecable. La cama muy cómodo y la estancia y la experiencia fue buena
