The location is unbeatable.
They gave us an upgrade thanks to our arrival.
The pool closes early, however, they don't mind staying a little longer.
The indoor Spa is included and is phenomenal.
Highly recommended in general.

Had a wonderful stay at Pestana, all the staff were very attentive and accommodating. Lorena in particular took amazing care of us at the restaurant and made our stay very special. The hotel is also very well located and provides easy access to all of the top sights in Madrid.

We can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is perfect for all the major attractions. You can walk right out on to the Plaza Mayor, yet it is a very calm and peaceful hotel. The room was very comfortable and very well served and the breakfast is very good. The stand out, however, is the staff - so welcoming, friendly and attentive, nothing was too much bother. We had the joys of our airline 'mislaying' our luggage for two days, the the Reception team happily chased this up for us - and kept us sane and smiling all through. Likewise the Restaurant team were lovely - and the 'behind the scenes' staff. Already planning our trip back...

Relaxing quiet place in central Madrid. You can step outside and be in the center and quickly go back to the hotel! We booked on booking about 2 months before our trip! The restaurant is good too and easy for room service or breakfast. Everyone working was super nice and helpful.

The location is perfect. But the hotel is amazing. We spent 5 days at this hotel & I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are attentive, caring and go that extra mile for their guests. The food is delicious & we particularly enjoyed the amazing free flamenco show - which was better than the more expensive one that we also attended.
