The location is unbeatable.
They gave us an upgrade thanks to our arrival.
The pool closes early, however, they don't mind staying a little longer.
The indoor Spa is included and is phenomenal.
Highly recommended in general.

The location is perfect. The room looks like new every time we come back to it. But the main reason we WILL be returning is because of the employees, who are so friendly while remaining very polite and respectful. All our questions were answered fully with additional advice which we always appreciated. We particularly want to thank Lorena in the breakfast area, who ensured we started every morning in a relaxed and satisfying atmosphere.

What a beautiful spot! The location is unbeatable, and the historic building is enchanting. The room was very nice, with excellent linens and wonderful pillows. I slept better in this hotel than anywhere else on my trip.

A lovely hotel with everything we could need. The staff were all sensational. Buffet breakfast was great. Best location. Everything so close. Just steering outside to restaurants, attractions, events in all directions. Liked the range of TV channels also offering English shows as well. Fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at Pestana Plaza Mayor! We most enjoyed how centrally located the hotel is to everything we wanted to do in Madrid, the comfort of the hotel room, and the café in Pestana Plaza Mayor. We only wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the spa and rooftop! Special thanks to Rubén and the reception crew for welcoming us. Rubén gave us excellent recommendations for tapas in the area. Additionally, they welcomed us with a great bottle of cava to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary in Spain. We’ll be back!

I stayed at Pestana Plaza Mayor for 5 nights. The hotel and facilities are beautiful and stylish! The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was delicious and Lorena always made sure I had everything I needed at breakfast :) I also enjoyed the rooftop pool atmosphere, music and views of the city. Thanks for a great stay!
