The room is comfortable and warm, with a good view! I had a fever when I arrived at the hotel. I called the front desk and immediately helped find a doctor to come to the hotel for diagnosis. The service was warm and thoughtful!

The most amazing experience I’ve ever had at any hotel in Spain; this is truly one of the finest establishments on the face of the earth. The restaurant and the bar and the restaurant in the garden are sublime. When God was talking about heaven, this is what he was thinking of. Best service you will receive anywhere in the world and the suites are beyond compare.

The staff is excellent. They anticipate and plan for your every need. Ivan and Carlos at the door were excellent. Elizabeth and Pricilla in the spa were great as well. So was the lady that did my pedicure. All of the staff from the door to the service in rooms and room dining, concierge and reception were excellent. I would definitely recommend you stay here. I loved every minute.

I stayed for 2 nights to fully enjoy the hotel. It’s on a lovely quiet street in a great location across from Prado. I love this hotel as its timeless elegance is fresh and relaxed with fabulous touches of decorative elements , and I could spend all day in the palm court. Begin with delicious breakfast buffet including many offerings and high tea is lovely. The cocktail bar is called Pictura with wonderful modern art and bartenders who shake and stir sophisticated cocktails with hospitality. Concierges including Ana are wondeful, fulfilling every request. Down to the spa/ pool area where the attendants offer you tea&towels on stylish loungers and manager Luciano couldn’t be more attentive. Front desk checkin / checkout seamless And the doormen whistle for my taxis with smiles Room great with big soaking tub bathtub and modern touches Loved it
