The truth is that I expected much more from the hotel, breakfast with a very limited variety and a small space for breakfast, even more so when there is a large volume of guests.

We arrived late and they did not receive us as expected, we asked for the romantic room for two nights and the romantic detail was not in the room. The purpose of said detail was defeated, however I went down to reception to ask and they didn't know. I claimed the room and of course the photos on the Internet are not what they really give you, the lights change everything.
They didn't want to clean the room, which was our turn the next day, the head of cleaning told me and we had to ask them to please clean it. The room they gave us was far from what was expected and from the advertised photos. In general, very bad , an experience not at all like a 4-star hotel, not even the slightest gesture of concern, apology or detail. More like the feeling of being in a pension.

The hotel its well located and have almost all what you need. Pitifully I was there in the moment they do not turn on the air conditioner and we have temperatures over 24 Celsius degrees in the night. I could not sleep none of the nights.

The best of the hotel is the location. The lack of personality, lack of decoration and lack of details is very disappointing. Impersonal and cold spaces. A shame. A little more dedication could turn it into a magnificent and very well located hotel

Perfect location to get around on foot. Metro stop 200 meters away. Restoration nearby. Very calm. Quite complete breakfast for a buffet. Own parking which is a convenience in Madrid for not using the car. Very friendly receptionists

The hotel is very well located, 10 minutes walk from Gran Vía/Callao and it is very quiet as it is not on any of the busiest streets. The breakfast is correct, it doesn't have much variety but it does have a little bit of everything: breads, pastries, fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon,... The beds and pillows are 10. The staff is very friendly and they make the stay very comfortable. pleasant. Cleanliness is excellent, both in the facilities and in the rooms. The only downside to my stay was that the escalators at the Barceló Market, which was right opposite, made a horrible noise and they started up at 7 in the morning, so at that time they were already waking you up, but I don't penalize the hotel because It was not their fault and I know that they told those responsible but they did nothing to prevent it. Good , clean property. Dont expect early check in even on a long overnight international flight. Kinda disappointing. Also temperature in room is unregulated and very humid borderline hot. There was no fans or access to circulation, only a small opening of a.window.
