It was a comfortable and enjoyable memory with the children. Breakfast was good and the room bed was also good. The sofa bed was okay too. It was great to take the bus right in front of the hotel and go downtown.

The hotel was good and clean with all the amenities listed being provided. The location was ok as it isn’t in the city center but a 15 min ride away which isn’t too bad. The issue we had was with the concierge and the rude behavior that he displayed twice. First, when we entered he made a scene about the water in the lobby, and second he profiled us and made our family feel unwanted. Hotel was good but the staff could use a lesson on hospitality.

Al marchar tuve un olvido de dos prendas de ropa en la habitacion. Volvi al dia siguiente por la mañana y la atencion no fue muy buena, teniendo que volver al mediodia, cuando ya finalmente me devolvieron las prendas.
