We spent 7 nights at the Aspacios on Calle Mayor, punctual information, check-in perhaps too late (it's scheduled for 4pm, but just let them know in advance, and if you're a little lucky, you can get in around 1.30pm/2pm) . The cleanliness of the apar**ent was excellent, some pans were a little scratched, but overall the location-cleanliness-price mix seemed excellent to us. We also found a small dish cleaning kit, dishwasher tablets, two pods for the washing machine, a carton of UHT milk, a bottle of water.

Central apar**ent, half a block from Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. If you want to be in the most central area of Madrid this is the place. Also close to Plaza España and Royal Palace. We find a comfortable apar**ent, with a room with a double bed, a dining room with a large sofa bed, a table with 4 chairs, and a TV. Full bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with everything you need to cook, dishes for 6, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, oven and washing machine. They provide you with tablets for washing clothes, coffee capsules, milk, mineral water, tea and sugar. The entry system is with a code that they send you by message, there is no doorman, that's why I didn't give it the highest score. Parking in front, taxi and shops of all kinds in the surroundings.

Positive aspects: Ideally located, very well equipped kitchen, excellent internet connection. Negative aspects: Very poor soundproofing, and when you overlook a very busy street it becomes problematic. Very uncomfortable and noisy bedding, especially the sofa bed, checking intuitive but not operational, we had to call to validate it.

Apar**ents located a few meters from Puerta del Sol. Close to everything tourist in Madrid. You don't even need transportation. Beautiful and spacious apar**ents with pleasant decoration. Equipped with everything necessary. Coffee machine with complimentary capsules.

Clean, nice apar**ent and a location of 10. Things to improve: storage space, few plugs, poor soundproofing, uncomfortable sofa bed. Check out is at 11, it would be nice if it was a little later. On the other hand, to check in they let us enter earlier. We also needed someone at reception, since there is no place to store our suitcases.

Stayed here for 3 nights for the Xmas markets and lights. We had a 3 bed apar**ent with 2 bathrooms, the three bedrooms had double beds which were very comfortable, the sitting room had sofa beds which we used one as a bed and it was very comfortable. The apar**ent was huge and absolutely Georgous. Very modern and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The apt was spotless clean. The self check in was handy enough. The apt is in an excellent location, you are in walking distance to most of the main attractions, hop on hop off stop a few minutes away which was a great way to see the city. You have shops, cafes bars and restaurants all on your doorstep. We got a taxi to and from airport which was a set price of €30 each way. About 20mins drive. Would highly recommend these apar**ents

Pretty good with nuances. Exceptional situation for sightseeing but at the same time very noisy, it is difficult to rest. Nice and functional apar**ent, nothing is missing but some things need to be renovated. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Very uncomfortable pillows. Very noisy boiler. Radiators that do not heat enough. The gates do not close because they collide with the aluminum and a lot of light enters. Despite everything, if I had to return to Madrid I would probably choose the same place.
