Location is superb! We spent 4 days in Madrid and literally just walked the whole time, that’s how convenient the location is!
Both public areas and the room are very clean and well maintained. The room’s ambiance is nice and stylish. All amenities are new and functional. Absolutely love our room!!
Breakfast is another highlight. There is a decent selection of food and all very yummy! Especially the assortment of hams and salamis.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Marcos who helped us with check-in on our first day.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Madrid!

Very good. Stayed for 7 days and nothing to complain about. Everything is within walking distance. Prado is less than 10 minutes walk away, so you can go there every day.

Hotel is at a good location. Very convenient to walk around. The room is clean and neat. I loved the hospitality provided by the staff at the reception. Kind, polite and extremely helpful in making reservations and providing suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. I would like to give a shout out to Laura, Felicia, Pablo and Barbara from the front desk. They extremely helpful and made my stay safe and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel

Nice hotel, convenient location in the Old Town. Delicious breakfasts. We liked everything. Walking distance to the Prado and Thyssen Bornamisa museums maximum 10 minutes
