Bellissimo appartamento in centro, stanze spaziose e ben curate, pulizia impeccabile e personale molto cordiale, deposito bagagli gratuito, a pochi minuti dalle più importanti vie di Madrid, 2 fermate della metro a pochi metri e 2 supermercati a meno di 20 metri, locali nelle vicinanze, siamo stati in 9 con 5 bambini, appartamento comodissimo, dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici indispensabili per chi viaggia in famiglia, lavatrice, microonde, forno, cucina, frigorifero con congelatore, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e addirittura lo spremiagrumi, consigliatissimo.

Very quiet, comfortable place and close to several of the points of interest in Madrid. Very complete apartment, clean to the point where you can walk barefoot without getting your feet dirty. Heating is the best. I recommend 100%. There are supermarkets, bus lines and metro within a very short distance.

Very good value for money.
However, it was cold in Madrid this weekend and the heating did not work properly.
we got sick because of the blowing heating which also woke us up in the middle of the night.
for the location, it is really a 15 minute walk from Gran Via with lots of bars and restaurants right next door.
There is also a San Bernardo metro line a stone's throw from the building.
in terms of priority, the rooms are not cleaned every day but we found the studio very clean.
regarding check-in, we struggled a bit since each of us came from a different country and could not be reached in order to check-in remotely so that the first to arrive had their access codes .
