It was very clean, with the essentials, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine.
Very close to Gran Vía and metro stops, we walked to Gran Vía or Sol.
The guy who greeted us upon arrival, very nice, explained everything to us very well.

Location was really good, one step to main street. Easy to access apartment, nice and new furnitures. Also large kitchen for share.

We spent 5 nights at the property. Affordable two bedroom, two bathroom apartment within walking distance from the main attractions. Grocery store around the corner to get items for breakfast. What's not to like?

Hotel very well located, close to Gran Via and tourist attractions.
The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, the neighborhood is nice with small shops: restaurants, bars, grocery store….
Negative point: noisy in the hotel building and in the neighborhood as there is no double glazing

Everything there as advertised; clean but can use a furniture update, and a bit more battention to detail, especially when your door is going to get pounded on before checkout time. Very kind and helpful check in.

We were impressed with the accommodations, very well set and clean. I would advise any of my friends to stay there. Parking on the street was not easy however, I believe there is public parking available. Also, it would be nice to have a small elevator for the luggage.... otherwise you may have to carry 4 floors up!
