The location is too far inside and there are uphill roads, so it was difficult to climb up with luggage.
Also, I made a lot of calls to the hotel owner's number, but it took a long time to check in as they didn't answer.
The inside of the room was spacious and nice, but the bathroom had a lot of sewer smell.

SCAMMERS-they require you to connect “at least 72 hours in advance” in order to arrange access but fail to answer, leaving travellers vulnerable with unsecured accommodation prior to arrival, then keep the fee because all of this happens after the free cancellation date cut off. Avoid at all costs. They are scamming thieves that should not be permitted to book via booking sites.

Let's start with the only positive point: the location, (good and the bedding is comfortable too) Otherwise, expect to be woken up either by the noise of the neighbors if you are lucky, or by the terrible smell of the sewers. Last funny point: a shower door is missing… so the bathroom is constantly soaked. We went to report the problem "the last person broke it, it will be fixed soon". After reading several booking reviews, the door was already broken 5 months ago. They don't/hardly answer the phone. I obviously do not recommend this establishment.

Excellent location. Beautiful neighborhood, close to the main attractions of Madrid. However, there were a few things that marred our stay. We chose this type of accommodation to save on breakfast and meals but the apartment assigned to us did not have a coffee maker, toaster, noodle strainer or oven hob. They are the basic things for the practical meals that are prepared in this type of accommodation. Having elements to prepare a coffee and 2 pieces of toast is not asking too much. Why equip an apartment with an oven if there is nowhere to heat a pizza? There was no trash can. We wrote to Whatsapp that would function as "customer service"... we are still waiting for the request to come to us. In short: if you are looking for a location, it is an excellent accommodation; If you are looking for this type of accommodation to reduce costs of breakfast, lunch or dinner and resolution of problems, then it is not so recommended.

Para nada recomiendo este sitio .. cucarachas , limpieza pésima , ducha rota .. y lo más importante no te atienden a partir de las 20:00 h si tienes una urgencia como nos paso a nosotras … no te cogen el teléfono ! . Hemos estado 6 chicas y tuvimos una urgencia con un huésped ( algo bastante importante ) y no nos atendió nadie tuvimos que dormir con la mesa en la puerta por miedo a este señor .. para nada lo aconsejo ! Por supuesto que dimos constancia a la policía .

Después de recorrer muchos hoteles en infinidad de países , me atrevo a señalar a este edificio como lo peor que he conocido. Tanto que preferí perder el dinero del deposito hecho a través de una app y buscar un mejor horizonte para pasar una noche tras un largo viaje trasatlántico. Sin management , sin ayuda de ninguna especie , sin aseo , sin pulcritud y sin interés por los clientes que han visto fotos engañosas en su pagina web. Estuve dentro del edificio mientras logre una reserva en otro sitio , cien veces mejor y con el mismo valor. O sea , no buscaba precios sino localización y comodidad para estar unas horas. Pero ni eso es posible en este lugar. Sinceramente creo que si tienen otra opción , cualquiera que sea , elijan la otra. Esto de Las Letras es lo peor que he visto en mi vida. Lamento que un par de fotos que tengo sean muy pesadas y no las acepten aqui por eso.

Literalmente me dejaron tirado. No pude llegar antes de las 22 y me dejaron TIRADO. Llame, mandé mensajes. Nada. Tuve que buscarme a casi las 11 de la noche otro alojamiento. Ni un correo ni nada parecido indicándome códigos para entrar o algo parecido. ¿Qué clase de personas lleva.n un negocio que deja a sus clientes en la cake? En mi vida me pasó algo semejante. We arrived an hour after check in and room was still not ready. Had to drop bags and hang around for an additional 2 hours. Once we got to the room, 1 of the minisplit ACs was non-functioning in the living area so the entire apartment was hot. We were on the top floor and windows open to the roof which made it hotter. The upstairs bathroom had no airflow at all and smelled like sewer gas. The refrigerator was not cooling properly and kept beeping the entire time. Mildew in the shower, cracks in the tile floor, found a pill on the floor along with lots of dustbunnies. Couch had cigarette burn in it and some sort of stain on it, maybe pee? Tried to contact the office several times to request a different room or see what could be done and they never responded. Would not recommend at all.
