Pagas por la ubicación. Por lo demás, pésimo.. Limpieza, información, gestión de averías de electrodomésticos... etc.. Menaje de cocina con alimentos pegados.. Un despropósito... Obvio imágenes de una olla, para no dañar al lector...

Me hospede 41 eb Calle Don ramon, amplio comodo, limpio, con todo lo necesario para tener una muy buena estadia, Irreporchable, Si hay buscar trato perosnalizado, esta no es la mejor opcion, todo funciona y si necesitas algo te comunicas vias wasap, pero JAMAS tenes contacto con un humano

Please read all the reviews and chose another company. I was here for 2 weeks. Extremely difficult to get anyone to respond to anything. Fire alarm went off at 7:30am one morning. The woman at Limehome wouldn't talk to me unless I gave her my reservation #!!!! So I called 112, the emergency # for Spain. No-one from Limehome showed up. We have been with NO HOT WATER for over 24 hrs and all they're saying is they're taking care of it. It is a complete disaster. Would never come here ever again.

Sadly this place did not live up to our expectations. It seems for a self contained apartment they have missed the mark, especially for the price you pay. The location was good but feel you would find something better priced that would be nicer.

My journey turned to a NIGHTMARE ! If you have an EMERGENCY as an attack by ************ who sleep next to your room or you forgot your door code, there is NO STAFF in this hotel to HELP you . Only a phone number as a customer service based in Germany and they have no understanding . This is very expansive for no assistance . Never again .

DON´T STAY HERE!!!!!! The place is full of cockroaches and people use ***** in the inner courtyard!!! during my stay they came out from between the furniture they climbed on the bed and between the clothes and the people who stay here use ***** in the interior patio at noon!!!

Habíamos reservado a traves de Booking este alojamiento y después de varios días nos comunican que el precio era erróneo y nos solicitan 200 euros más por una reserva de tres dias . Me parece una falta de seriedad terrible y desde luego hace desconfiar de las personas que gestionan este alojamiento. Opinión muy negativa también de Booking ya que quizás con reserva directa en el alojamiento no hubiera pqssdo .

Appartement 1 chambre, propre, calme et confortable, bien équipé (cafetière, théière, clim, table et fer à repasser, coffre). Nous avons apprécié les attentions (capsules de café, thé, …). Très bien placé, au cœur de Malasaña, de son agitation, restaurants et bars. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir !
