It's neither good nor bad

The reception is almost always empty, no staff. But when they are there they are helpful.

I didn't like it at all, because they gave me the room on the street, I couldn't rest well, because of the noise of the people. It was difficult to find my way around, because it was all dark and you couldn't see anything of the hotel, it looks like a house from the outside. If it's not by GPS I won't even notice!

It was nice to have a refrigerator. I had a hard time drying my hair without a hair dryer. It is also close to a subway station, making it convenient to travel to sightseeing spots.

There was no hot water, there was humidity on the walls, the beds were uncomfortable, there was no closet, it smelled bad, the air conditioning didn't work very well and the bathroom was very narrow. In short, I do not agree that this hotel has 3 stars. I would have 1 in my opinion.

My daughter and I have been very well and calm. The truth is that we didn't need much more. Thank you

A very simple, old and expensive hotel. You have to carry your suitcases up and the baby seat was at the bottom because the stairs were very bad and you couldn't even climb up by hand. There is no elevator. It does not have a room to work with your computer, so you have to do it from the room that does not have an adequate table and chair (both foldable), nor space for it. It was so humid that the window frame was dripping. To make matters worse, we had a few days of rain that aggravated the humidity. One of the rooms was interior and overlooked a patio measuring one and a half by six (+-). The ceiling was moldy from the humidity, the walls were wet. The bedclothes were cold and damp. Even our clothes got wet. Because one room had no closets and clothes were hung on hangers on a rack on the wall. The first night, one of the rooms had leaks. ...and our clothes got wet because the closets didn't have doors. We went down to the reception and at night there was no one so we had to contact the person in charge by phone who did not give us any solution until the next day, when they would assess the situation. The next day someone came to fix the leak in the roof. When we told them that neither we nor our children could be in those conditions, the only solution they gave us was to put a heater to try to remove the humidity. My son is asthmatic and it could cause a serious health problem for him to be in those conditions for five nights. The day of Upon departure we wanted to talk to those in charge about this issue but there was no one at reception all morning. So we couldn't make a direct complaint or ask for compensation.
