Good in location, near Atocha station.
Good hotel facilities.
Good star services.
Good breakfast.
BUT be careful to select the room, my room get a big column inside living room and bath room, very bad experience.
I book the Superior twin room, but not superior, only at 1/F. No place to put our luggage, no table to put our accessories.
May be you have to pay more to book large room will be better.
And bad entrance design, you need to to go inside through a staircase, will be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

請大家避雷…因為第二天一早的飛機前一天在酒店入住了一晚。早上去機場前洗吹頭髮，一打開吹風機就被酒店吹風機的不明物體飛濺出來燙傷，手指和脖子起了水泡。由於趕着去機場沒有去跟酒店投訴，在路上買了燙傷膏就直奔機場了。現在很擔心留疤。
希望以後不會有人在這家酒店因為安全情況受傷害。

Hardrock hotel, 以搖滾為主題的全球連鎖酒店，晚上lobby會有樂隊演奏，我們入住那天沒有碰到，酒店位置在馬德里市中心，到任何地方都很方便，酒店房間比較小

Nos han puesto a 3 adultos mas niño de 12 años todos en una misma cama que decian extragrande ( era una cama doble normal)
Despues de tener la reserva para los 3 abonada
Si queriamos otra cama teniamos que abonar bastante mas
La habitacion interior y musica hasta las 12 de la noche
El hotel es bastante nuevo, limpio y bien ubicado.
