Trato excelente, desde la reserva hasta la atención en recepción. Todo un acierto para moverte en el centro de Madrid. Hostal con habitaciones muy limpias. Agradecer a Vianka su amabilidad, trato y ayuda en todo momento. Muy cerca del Teatro Lope de Vega y muchos sitios de interés.

I had advised to the WhatsApp that my arrival was going to be from 23h on and they told me that I had just to follow the instructions of an e.mail they would send in advance with the number of my bedroom and the password/pin to enter the building/hotel&bedroom. When I arrived, I put the password around 50 times but I could not even enter the building. It was 00.00 and no body answered my WhatsApp, so I had to look for another hotel to stay that night. HORRIBLE. I do not recommend this place.

Would not call this a real hotel. There are rooms, but no other facilities. The reception is not occupied at all times, and you use a code sent by email to enter. We found no signs outside the building, and did not find the place at first. Our de luxe room faced a ventilation shaft, so no views. AC did not work, and it was hot in the night! However the room was clean and the bed nice, so it served our purpose during this visit, but I don't think we will come back.

Petit "Hostal" très bien situé, tout proche du métro et en plein centre de Madrid, a deux pas du Palais Royal et de nombreux centres d’intérêt. Chambres propres, calmes, accès autonome sécurisé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant ou après la disponibilité de la chambre. L'établissement ne propose pas de petit déjeuner mais il y a tout autour de nombreux cafés.

Realicé una reserva para poder alojarme 1 noches en diciembre y la atención recibida fue INACEPTABLE. Preocupación 0 por sus huéspedes. No me han dado ni la opción de poder hacer el check in mas temprano ya que mi vuelo llega a las 8 de la mañana y además ni siquiera me han brindado la opción de poder guardar mi equipaje en el caso de que no pudiéramos entrar a la habitación. Soy subdirectora en un hotel y nunca permitiria que se tratase así a mis clientes. Actitud fría y estricta. RECOMENDACIÓN 0!

El único inconveniente es que el elevador está en entrepisos, si llevas equipaje pesado deberás subir dos tramos de escalera, uno antes de llegar al elevador y uno bajando de este. Pero está en una excelente ubicación.

Well presented room in a converted town house located in the heart of Madrid. Excellent base for exploring the city.
Careful attention had been given to security, which was reassuring. Helpful and professional staff were on site during office hours.
The surrounding area was lively and so a little noisy at night.
