地段很好，就在火車站對面，地鐵口也很近。走到三大博物館和麗池公園都很近，十幾分鐘的路。酒店早飯在7樓樓頂，可以遠眺馬德里，環境不錯，品種也很豐盛，總體值回飯錢。

這個酒店的環境和交通真的很不錯！酒店對面就是火車站，我們直接從巴塞隆拿坐火車到馬德里，出站過條馬路就到了，地鐵也在門口（過個紅綠燈），去哪兒都很方便。酒店衞生乾淨，服務也周到。因為我預訂了早餐，最後一天我們7點的飛機走，吃不到早餐了，跟前台商量能不能把早餐費退了。前台説他們無法取消，但是可以給我們準備picnic，好大的盒子，雖然裏面的東西乾巴巴的。退房的時候，酒店也幫我們打車，整個服務都做得很好！另外，沒有收城市税！！！巴塞隆拿的酒店收了我們幾百塊的城市税！！

從機場到酒店很方便，refe直達。很適合抵達後過渡一晚，因為可以從atocha火車站到別的城市，同時附近還有麗池公園，早起可以兜兜，附近也有很多好吃的餐廳。
但是房間本身一般，樓道里彎彎繞繞的有點壓抑。房間很乾凈設施很齊全，但是很小。

位置好，服務好，唯一不好是樓下馬路邊剛剛有工程，有一晚在半夜2點有鑽地噪音近1個鐘頭，幸好衹是一晚。
