Petit hébergement exigu sans aucun rangement. Climatisation (chauffage) bruyante. Mobilier vétuste. Lit plutôt confortable, mais petit (140). Le robinet de la douche s'est cassé dans nos mains. A part pour la remise des clés, aucun contact avec l'hôte. Point positif : la situation géographique qui est bonne

The room is extremely small and the bathroom is one square meter with out-dated showers. The reception is located behind a standing, very small desk in the hall-way. There are no services or breakfast options. When I arrived from the airport jn the hotel I asked to go to the toilet. The declined and first want to do all formalities. I almost pissed my pants

Una struttura moderna all'interno in una via tranquilla. La posizione è ottima per ragiungere il centro della città con metro e bus o anche a piedi godendosi una paseggiata per le vie di Madrid. La camere è molto comoda nonostante le sue dimenzioni ridotte. Il bagno pulito e spazioso, mancava solo il asciuga capelli per una struttura così è un peccato non averlo. Peronale molto gentile.

Ho prenotato questo ostello per 3 notti, il mio volo è atterrato alle ore 00:15 quindi non ho potuto avvisare il ritardo per tempo, il check-in si poteva effettuare fino alle 23:00, al mio arrivo non c'era nessuno alla reception tantomeno al numero di telefono fornito dalla struttura,alle 02:00 del mattino ho dovuto cercare un altro albergo fuori Madrid perché è stato impossibile prenotarne uno al centro visto il periodo stra pieno di eventi, l'indomani mattina mi sono presentata in tempo per il check-in esattamente alle ore 13:00, la signorina della reception non mi ha fatto nemmeno salire su ma è venuta lei sulla porta di strada dicendomi che la mia prenotazione era stata cancellata, quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi ha risposto che le prenotazioni vengono cancellate se non ci si presenta nel giorno esatto in cui si effettua la prenotazione. Morale della favola??? 326€ RUBATI!!! State alla larga da questo posto.
