Second time at this hotel and it was just as comfortable as the first. Great location and value, good breakfast, easy bar/restaurant. The staff is kind and courteous, especially Lucia at the desk and the gentlemen in the restaurants.

The stay was fine, it was clean and the service is very good. However, the room was quite old and the air circulation was very bad. The temperature regulation didn’t work. We had to sleep with the window open to get proper air circulation and to cool the room down. The double bed was also very small and made a terrible noise (like very old beds). Again, the hotel is fine. My expectations were very high based on the price and location of the hotel, but we were quite disappointed

It’s across from park but this property is a 2 star max. Old dirty carpets, room was depressing, too hot at night. Not enough seating in breakfast area so we could never eat. Not proper welcome or directions by the staff about lobby or facilities.

La atención del personal es de diez, un hotel con una magnífica ubicación, buenas habitaciones y un muy buen buffet de desayuno. La única pega que le pongo es que no tiene parking propio, aunque hay uno muy cercano, que recomiendo reservar previamente (Calle Montalbán).
