我和女朋友一起住在這裏，超喜歡我們的房間！房間在酒店靠後的位置，一個安靜的角落裡。風景並不是很好，但是房間非常寬敞、乾淨、溫馨。早餐是經典的簡餐，全天供應很棒的現磨咖啡，我們喜歡在晚上出門前來一杯。樓梯台階很棒，是典型的西班牙風格建築，還有生鏽的電梯。我們唯一注意到的是牆很薄，我甚至可以聽到有人在牆的那邊撞到頭然後躺在床上的聲音。工作人員很贊，非常友好。這裏的氛圍很好，絕不是吵鬧的派對旅館。以後一定還會再來這裏的！

No início da pandemia quando já afetava Madrid eu fui obrigada a pedir devolução ou adiamento da estadia já paga. Depois de várias tentativas... aceitaram reagendar. Aceitaram por escrito. Foi em fevereiro de 2020!!! Até expliquei que precisaria de confirmar a nova data devido a bebé de 1 ano mas até hoje apenas um silêncio vergonhoso. E mesmo explicando que preciso da fatura, até hoje nem isso enviaram. Péssimo serviço, não são honestos nem prestativos. Fiquei muito desiludida e indignada com a ausência de respostas, com o silêncio que escolheram depois de aceitarem novas datas. Não recomendo! De 0 a 10, é mesmo ZERO.
