Checks the basic boxes. Nothing more. Pros Central location easily walkable Clean and neat Quiet bedrooms (towards back of unit, away from street, otherwise quite noisy. Bonus for noise shades.) Good water pressure Comfortable beds/pillows Cons: No frills at all- extremely bare bones Empty lobby and reception. Not even some benches Cheap furniture, very spare- minimal Poor lighting. All overhead, no dimmers No natural light in bedrooms. Shades open to an alley. No clothing storage. Open shelves but no drawers or closets. My clothes are stacked on the floor TP holder doesn’t hold paper so it falls off the roll every time you use it No bathroom fan Not enough garbage cans Housekeeping every 2-3 days at 9am only No storage space or surface area in bathroom No amenities or perks Glass tables throughout- nightstands, side tables. Tiny and Ill-placed No central hangout location as in a hotel Extremely confusing to use microwave/stove combo, no instructions Basically you’re renting an apartment and need to figure all the rest out on your own. The apts are clean and neat but extremely minimal and under-furnished. No amenities, no extra touches, no nothing.

The room was spacious for the 4 of us! we had two rooms and two bathrooms. We could hear the party happening on the other room and it was very loud, there was no receptionists for us to contact to ask for them to be quiet. The shower in one of the rooms didn’t have hot water.

Fantastic centrally located apartments, in easy walking distance to all top attractions. Salvador was really welcoming and gave us a great route of things to do over the two days that we spent in Madrid. Some road noise in the main bedroom as we were on the first floor but didn’t distract from a good nights sleep. Beds and duvets were super comfy and a really good hot shower to enjoy too.

The hotel is perfectly nestled at a short walk from every tourist spot of Madrid! That's the biggest plus. Salvador at the reception was warm and friendly and guided us to spend a nice evening by chalking out a walking route, we loved it. The rooms were super and well equipped. With a carrefour opposite the suites , gran via 5 minutes walk, the metro and bus stop at the door step ...these are reasons enough for a tourist to love the place.
