Very good and modern hotel. Ideal for business trips due to the location and quite good for tourists, it takes around 40 minutes using metro and bus to get to the main sightseeing locations.

I have always stayed at this hotel and I have never had a complaint but it is true that this last trip the cleanliness left a lot to be desired... and it seems strange to me since as I say it is my reference hotel and I have always been delighted
Another thing to say is that they don't have a cafeteria until 11 in the morning and there isn't any type of snack after 12... there are people who work and those things would be easier for us. It must also be said that they allow you to call any company food delivery

Housekeeping was very poor. Left dirty toilet, uncleaned cups/glasses, put on sheet with holes. I complained to manager but the next day the same thing. I was promised a refund on my room rate but that never happened. I spoke to thr housekeeping manager but she gave me a lot of nonsense about not being to clean when my things are in the way. Nothing was in the way of the toilet. Nothing was in your way when you were putting the sheets on the bed. Poor all around. Avoid this hotel.
