Overall it is good and the price-performance ratio is good. The aunts at the front desk and cleaning are very friendly, especially the fat girl at the front desk. Every time we meet, she is "Ola" with a smile on her face... The best thing is that the location is super good. The Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Puerta del Sol are all ten minutes away. There are all kinds of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets in the surrounding area. It is very good for personal travel and stay! ! !

Problème de pression d'eau pour prendre une douche, bain impossible. Pas de tablette dans la salle de bain. Peinture qui se décolle. Cuisine, les plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnent pas, un micro ondes mais pas de plats. Mais ine chambre propre spacieuse, lit confortable, chambre bien chauffée.

El aparthotel esta muy bien situado, al lado del metro de Tribunal, Calle Fuencarral y G.Via. La habitacion es muy grande y tiene una cocinita con nevera. En general muy bien. Es cierto que las habitaciones son viejas y necesitan una renovacion y de hecho hay una planta ya renovada. El personal de recepcion es muy amable y disponible. Tienen guarda maletas y muy buena atencion.
Si he de poner un pero es los azulejos del baño que necesitan un poco mas de limpieza.
Por lo demas bien, incluso tal y como está, precio calidad para un hotel urbano, repetiria.
