A decent hotel in central Madrid. Great value, clean and a warm welcome from the staff. There's a couple of Metro stations nearby and Aquí Santoña - Tienda y Tapas over the road is a great place for tapas.

The stay suited us as we are a family of 3. Easy to book and the option of the 1 room with 3 seperate beds was great. Didnt have the breakfast but they dining looked good. The reception were very helpful and we could store our bags u til our late evening flight. Great value and a super central location.

The hotel is in a great walkable location! The staff was friendly and provided recommendations when we asked. The only downside is that the rooms get very hot (80°+), even if they turn off the heat to your room. We had to leave windows open as long as we could before going to sleep to get to a comfortable temp. Then we would wake up steamy. It's all manageable but something to note.

Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es su ubicación. Es un hotel con pocas comodidades y mala información interna. La habitación cuádruple es muy estrecha, para acceder a un lado de la cama doble lo debes hacer por los pies. Obviamente tampoco hay lugar para 4 maletas. La atención no me pareció de lo mejor, sobre todo en el check in. Camas y sábanas normal, al igual que la limpieza.

We had a nice stay except the very noisy street. Even with the window closed, we still heard people, trucks, sirens at all hours of the night. The 10 Euro breakfast was not included. It was average. No eggs were offered. The front desk and cleaning staff were very attentive.

Enpezamos con el desayuno bastante pesimo para la relacion calidad precio, la limpieza de la habitacion nada mas llegar suciedad en el baño ( pelos ) y bastante polvo tanto en los cabezales como abajo la cama, la verdad que bastante decepcionado con el hotel. Lo unico bueno el servicio de los recepcionistas.
