The place is clean, well located, personnel is very helpful, its a basic place to stay but it gets the job done. It is on a pedestrian street so if you have many luggage is a bit complicated to manage but the rest is great. At night the surrounding streets were full with man, it felt a bit insecure.

Muy buena opción. A unos metros de la gran Vía. Y del metro. Muchas tiendas de ropa, comida, bebida. Lo tienes todo cerca. Personal amable y atento. TV por cable, agua caliente, cama cómoda.

Hôtel très propre et extrêmement bien situé au coeur vivant de Madrid. Notre chambre donnant sur la cour intérieure, pas de nuisances dues à la fréquentation de la rue. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais bien équipées et la literie de très bonne qualité.

There is no any window in the mini room. Sound insulation is very poor. The location is perfect.
